PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is an advanced regenerative treatment that uses your body’s own natural growth factors to rejuvenate the skin, improve hair health, and stimulate tissue repair. Often referred to as the “natural treatment” or “vampire facial,” PRP works by harnessing the healing properties found within your own blood to promote collagen production, skin regeneration, and cellular renewal.

The treatment involves taking a small blood sample, which is then processed to separate the platelet-rich plasma containing concentrated growth factors. This plasma is then carefully reintroduced into the treatment area through injections or alongside microneedling to stimulate natural regeneration and healing within the skin and tissues.

PRP is commonly used for facial rejuvenation, under-eye concerns, acne scarring, skin texture, fine lines, and hair restoration treatments. It is particularly popular for improving dull or tired-looking skin, promoting a healthier complexion, and supporting hair growth in thinning areas of the scalp.

Results develop gradually as collagen stimulation and tissue regeneration occur naturally over time. Most clients begin to notice improvements within a few weeks, with optimal results typically developing after a course of treatments. A course of 3 sessions approximately 4–6 weeks apart is often recommended for best results, followed by maintenance treatments depending on the individual’s concerns and goals.

One of the key benefits of PRP is that it uses your body’s own plasma, making it a completely natural treatment with minimal risk of allergic reaction. The treatment focuses on improving skin and tissue quality from within rather than altering facial features, helping clients achieve fresher, healthier, and naturally rejuvenated results.

PRP can be beneficial for clients of various ages depending on their concerns. Younger clients may seek treatment preventatively to maintain collagen production and skin quality, whilst more mature clients often use PRP to improve signs of ageing, skin laxity, and thinning hair.
